30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. This means you have 30 days to request a return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be unworn or unused.
  • The item must have all original tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at loni.hernandez@shopify.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label.

Return Address: Please send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions: Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. If you have any questions about the eligibility of a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
